I think it is more why are we accepting where we are seeded? That's the issue. We are no longer striving to kick peoples ass.... We are striving to wrestle to our seed level. So basically we won't win again if we are happy our 2 or 4 seed wrestled to that level. What should be expected is we have 5 # 1 seeds and they wrestle to that level. Hand fighting and 7 minutes of pushing around on the mat won't get you there.

I think people are frustrated with how the day went. Iowa won 1 match on Saturday with a lot on the line. Oh, and that win was an overtime takedown against an I ranked wrestler.

Did we expect to win a national title? Of course not. But we expected to see a team that was fighting to the end for pride for the name on their singlet.
