I have an iPhone 11 with 38 GB's of storage remaining.

I need to be able to video record 4 hours.

The quality doesn't have to ben amazing, not going on YouTube or anything. Low light won't be an issue, don't need slow motion either.

I've deleted all of the worthless garbage that I found, do I have enough storage?

Google indicates results vary. I would test record on the lowest quality for 1 minute, then multiply the file size by 240.
