I probably shouldn't disclose this but what the hell. Delaney approached Kirk and asked if he would be willing to have one of his QBs transfer to Michigan. He said the Big 10s goal is to screw Penn State so he'd make the QB eligible right away. In return he promised Iowa a Big 10 championship. Seems like everyone's happy except PSU fans - oh well you've got a great recruiter too bad he can't coach.

Pretty sure you can xfr and play intra-conference, but you have to pay your own way - no schollie.
