She is crazy exciting to watch
Crazy to think that we had her, Luka Garza, and Spencer Lee all on campus at the same time last year.
She is one of the greatest Hawkeyes ever. I always wore #22 because of Tavian Banks and now it’s also because of Caitlin.
It's amazing the with all the stupid coaches and AD ( per all the brilliant coaches on this board ) that this could possible happen at Iowa
We also had that group but switch out Caitlin and Megan. Pretty crazy.
She is absolutely a generational talent and a joy to watch play. She's freakin Pete Maravich! Yes, I understand a bit of an exaggeration, but you get my point. Hopefully, some of the "basketball experts" will get past the fact she can't dunk!
Outside of Iowa, I think people are waiting to see her have a big game against high level talent on a national stage. They see video game numbers against good but not great teams, but the games they watch (Duke, Uconn, and IA state) she has not had great games. Kentucky opened some eyes though.
She had great games last year against ISU, Ind., Maryland, and Michigan. Amazed that Iowa fans are unwilling to give her the plaudits she deserves. Embrace her skills as she is a generational talent.
She is indeed fun to watch. I think that triple double season record will soon reside in Iowa City.
I'm thinking maybe she should work with the men's team to teach them how to bump the other teams player and then using the simple step back. Oh, and also how to shoot a three point shot and how to DRIVE to the basket. Maybe just put her on the men's team???
Although C2 was busy being an All American international star over the summer you have lament she didn't get to spend a few hours in the gym with Connor. Just for the fundamentals of shooting posture.
