Is Chief Justic Roberts going to be in Denial, Scared or Clever?

The crux of this pissing match is this. The left is pissed that the courts can't force the subject's return. The Supreme Court recognizes this. Why cant leftwing HROTers accept the same?

Please identify everything Trump has done to facilitate his return, as ordered. Be specific.

Doing nothing is not facilitating.

I’d refer you to the Court Ordered filings of 4/13 and 4/14 for some specific evidence, but the Admin didn’t respond as ordered and thus violated those orders too.

No - you're wrong again. The crux is the President defying a Supreme Court order. Are you OK with Trump doing that? If not, what should be done about it? If so, WTF?

No they didn’t.

Yes they have.

When asked by reporters Monday about Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident who was deported in error to El Salvador, Bondi said the matter was up to Bukele's administration.

"That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him. That's not up to us," Bondi said.

"The Supreme Court ruled precedent that if El Salvador wanted to return him," she continued. "This is international matters, foreign affairs."

Bondi said that "if they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it – meaning to provide a plane," Bondi said.

1. The court made its ruling, and the Trump admin has said they'll cooperate IF el Salvador let's him go.

2. We know the Trump admin could easily force el Salvador to comply, but may choose not to.

3. Seems everyone can have their cake and eat it too here, and the only loser is the MS-13 associate who accidentally got snapped up. The question for us is...how outraged should we be? Honestly only conservative outrage would bring this guy back. Liberal outraged is used so...liberally...they don't even have a platform anymore. At this point liberal outrage is the delinquent son of chicken little and the boy who cried wolf.
Do you support Trump defying this, or any, Court order? If not, why wouldn't you be outraged? If so, again - WTF?

I read that too.

That’s not offering a plane. That’s saying if something happens in the future, then they will get a plane. There’s a difference.

And offering a conditional plane or plane flight is not facilitating the release as ordered: did Trump ask ES to release him or return him to the US? Be specific.

Trump has plausible deniability, because the supreme Court doesn't have jurisdiction in el Salvador. Trump isn't defying the order, in fact they said they'd make it happen but it's up to el Salvador....

It's a bullshit political game, and while yes I wish they'd comply, it's also an MS13 guy and I'm ok saving the money in bringing him back.

No. Just.... no. The Court has jurisdiction to instruct Trump and team to perform due diligence to get Garcia returned. They have defied that. And you're willing to turn a blind eye. Disgusting.

And your reference to him being MS13 demonstrates that you are a rube who only follows right wing propaganda.

Ok @thewop, if the guy is for certain not MS13 or any kind of gang member does that make you want him back any more or was that just a bs excuse all along?
Yeah if he's for certain NOT MS13 or anything else/no criminal record, and is legal in the US, then yeah he should be allowed to come back.

But let's be honest, he's at least close enough to MS13 that he was hanging out with them, so I'm skeptical he's they type of person we want raising the next generation of American children (even as "Maryland father.") Was he counseling MS-13 gang members on leaving the gang life behind? Maybe he was a pastor/priest working to show them a better way to live? That's a different story too. I doubt it's the latter.

Hanging out with MS-13… you are delusional

he was arrested while loitering around a Home Depot. Have you ever been to a Home Depot? There are always guys, usually Hispanic, who hang out looking for work. I thought we wanted legal residents who want to work hard? That’s what we were told during the election

No, he’s not in a gang. Please stop using this as an excuse to explain why he was denied due process, wrongfully deported, and won’t be brought back unless the courts force the issue.

SCOTUS and the judicial branch don’t matter much anymore, what are they going to do about it? The answer is and will be nothing.

The only hope America has is congress doing their job and taking back authority they have. But that’s not going to happen either. We are well into the endgame now.

His original 2019 deportment to El Salvador was deferred due to US immigration acceptance of his claim of fear of personal gang related persecution in that country should he be returned,... The guy had gang affiliations.

So we can judge people based upon the fact that they hang out with criminals?

MAGA really wants to go down that road?

Again, based on the testimony of an informant, was never corroborated and he’s kept his nose clean since.

Which, STILL is irrelevant to this case today, as SCOTUS ruled he was wrongly deported and should be brought back.

Corroboration isn't a requirement, and he provided no evidence to dispel the accusation, nor did he ever apply for asylum during his 8 year stay in the US,... Not wrongfully deported,.. Wrongfully deported to El Salvador.

Well if the SCOTUS has no power anymore, what good are they. Just take off the robes and go back where you came from. ANY DECISION THEY NOW MAKE SHOULD JUST BE IGNORED.

1) the burden of proof is on the prosecution, not him - this again, IRRELEVANT to the current case
2) dude had a green card
3) DOJ conceded in court his deportation was a mistake.

The Trump administration has conceded that it mistakenly deported him “because of an administrative error,” but maintains it cannot bring him back because he is in Salvadoran custody.

And we all know thats complete BULLSHIT. If it was someone the cons wanted back, he would have been returned the next day.

Wow, you should head back to your ancestral homeland since you so easily excuse fascism. We don’t want or need your kind here.

Normal Americans should be extremely outraged over the deliberate undermining of our laws and due process. You’re clearly not. Why not?
