Apparently Cruz has passed around a recommended sermon he wants preached in our tax-exempt churches. If that alone doesn't bother you, consider this excerpt:

"When rebellious people disregard the compass of the most powerful, it is a very short step to dismembering the bodies of the most vulnerable."

Is there any way to read that that doesn't translate into a call to "obey" the most powerful?

Cruz is running as the fallback choice for Donald Trump. He's assiduously following Trump rhetorically, and taking every opportunity to lick Trump's loafers. Eventually Trump will implode, or tire of the whole process and move on to something else. Cruz wants to be there to scoop up the supporters.

In short Ted is anointed by God as a priestly King set to wage holy war on the wicked and confiscate their wealth for the faithful to bring about prophecy. He's pretty out there, but he does believe in redistribution of a sort.

Ted Cruz has gone to great lengths to keep his father out of the spotlight. The media hasn't taken much of an interest in him because Cruz is a non-factor right now. If that changes then the coverage will change.

Did you read what they are praying for? Car bombs in Iowa aren't a prayer I want answered. This group is scary crazy.

"car bombs in Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Des Moines, Iowa" would be merciful punishment from God for legalized abortion and "homosexuals praying at the Inauguration." Without such divine "mercy," suggested Lane, America might "get judgment like Nazi Germany."

no, I watched the video, which looked doctored. nowhere in that vid did they show the actual guy speaking. they showed lips moving saying different things other than the prayer. I don't think the huff post is of any authority either. You and I both know for a fact if any group ever actually put in writing or said out loud they wanted car bombings, the terrorist police would be all over them in this day and age. Besides, that quote is of somebody who is saying God will punish iowans and la folks and in dc, for abortions. and this person is correct if you go by biblical prophecy, hagee says it almost every sunday: God shall pay us back for all the babies we are killing and all the corruption and perversion. He's done it before. he'll do it again. That is first amendment protected free speech: to look at history and biblical prophecy and state that it has happened before and most likely will happen again.

I think I am and my past and current governors of texas are and hagee is, a lot of us are. probably ted as well. if I'm reading the definion correctly, it is basically a person who believes in biblical prophecy and the end times and proverbs and stuff. yes, I believe that. ted probably does as well. I asked you if you think blogs and huff post are accurate news sources?

I just told you the films looked doctored. they never showed the guy speaking, and they showed lips moving -and not moving along with the words. and they did not look like they were anointing him king, in those films. and they were not praying for car bombs in iowa. so I guess I cannot hardly believe you are asserting this stuff and using these blogs and sites to back it up. but, whatever you want to do. hey, I'm game, keep posting strange and unusual stuff, I'm all for it. it's just that prayer -in and of itself-is neither strange nor unusual.
 
I would vote for Cruz over Hillary every day of the week and twice on election day just like the Democrats do.
