Not to bring race into it buuuuuuuuut.
it's called sarcasm... But, you still have a lot of white guys on D.

I did chuckle at the OP ... And outside of Simpson College, he is probably right ...![]()
I think we're taking the OP a little too serious ...Not really. What a stupid fvcking topic
It's stupid to observe that the grass is green or the sky is blue? That's all the OP did. He commented on a fact that he observed. You don't like it? That's your prerogative, but it doesn't make the observation "stupid." You, on the other hand....![]()
Agree ... Dang ... He simply made an observation ... My friends and I joked about this very same topic during the Indiana game ... Love Iowa's defense and the studs we have ... Brown, pink, white ... we play good defense ...It's stupid to observe that the grass is green or the sky is blue? That's all the OP did. He commented on a fact that he observed. You don't like it? To start the year, 8 of the 11 starters were white. Not to bring race into it, but man, you have a lot of white guys on D. Just something I noticed.

wow, I think you're right, on the offensive side anyway. Looks like 9 of 11 starters are white.Since someone actually posed the question, I think Wisconsin has us beat in the white department on both sides of the ball.
Iowa defense > your team's defenseNot to bring race into it, but man, you have a lot of white guys on D. Just something I noticed.
National championshipWe're probably one of the whitest team in major college football. It's just how it works sometimes, not by design. The first game of the year, 14 of our 22 starters were white. I offer no 'judgement' about that.
Kallenberger, Reynolds, Render, Paulson, Hockenson, Easley, Stanley
A. Nelson, Brinks, M. Nelson, Hesse, Welch, Neimann, Gervase
Does everything have to have a 'point'? Every post and thread on this site are pretty much pointless being they accomplish absolutely nothing. This is a pointless thread. Thanks for wasting our time

Yup. I also feel like Wisconsin surpasses us.Since someone actually posed the question, I think Wisconsin has us beat in the white department on both sides of the ball.
Oh that is not true at all, sir......Every post and thread on this site are pretty much pointless being they accomplish absolutely nothing.

If the guys that are currently banged up are out there, Wisconsin has 4 white starters on defense. The offense is all white outside of the WRs and RBs.Since someone actually posed the question, I think Wisconsin has us beat in the white department on both sides of the ball.
I don't see how it's racist to point out facts like the OP did. His observation is accurate. Iowa even has maybe the only starting white corner back in D1 in Riley Moss.
How can any football fan not notice that teams like Oklahoma and Florida State, most of the SEC, and D1 football in general have defenses, especially, that are often composed entirely of black players? That's no different than saying there sure are a lot of cornfields in Iowa. It's not an attack on Iowans in general or farmers in particular. It's just true.
