this was a program created by a GOP president that wiped out student debts if you both worked in the public sector for 10 years...and it rejected nearly everyone (99% according to that article)

these weren't unemployed basket weaving majors...these were people working in and helping their communities

and now the program has eclipsed the 1,000,000 mark...
