Connor is in the starting lineup because Patrick isn't. None of the guards are playing well so it's likely Sandfort takes more of their minutes if he keeps playing well. I doubt he changes the starting lineup.

Sandfort seems to be playing better coming off the bench. Maybe it’s less pressure. I wouldn’t mess with the line up at this point, it’s working.
