Yes, about 3 hours West. At least ISU recognizes who/what they are. Delusion land lies across the Missouri.

My daughter lives outside of Ames. She teaches school in Ames. Her daughters are awesome. They used to all be Hawkeye fans, but the older daughter got brain washed at school and told her mom that she wasn't a Hawkeye fan, Boo Hawkeyes. They were tricked or treating in Ames and the they were going to a house and the middle daughter
stopped and told her mom that she wasn't going to that house. My daughter told her come on. She told her no!! She asked her why and she told her that, "They were Cyclone fans!!" I am still laughing about that!! Everyone that lives in the state of Iowa are so far above all of the southern dwellers, it isn't funny. I have live here for thirty years because I was in the 101st ABN Div (AASLT), I flew my last flight with my son who deployed five times with 5-101st and now is in the 160th SOAR. I will never be from here, but I always appreciate anyone from Iowa no matter who they follow as a team. Go Hawkeyes, I pull for the Hawkeyes every game against the Cyclones, after that, I hope that every team from Iowa wins no matter who they are playing or what sport it is.

I remember when ISU fans were a kind and dang gentle people. Now they are turd buglers reaking havoc along I-35 dropping big upper deckers in truck stop bathrooms and reckon it’s downright funny.
