A question that I never see discussed is whether the rise of ISIS has changed Israel's position on Assad.
If you look at a map, Assad is between ISIS and Israel. If Assad falls, then what?
As mentioned in another thread, ISIS and Hezbollah are now apparently fighting each other. If ISIS defeats them, will Israel eventually face them along the Lebanon border?
