It has been reported on Iowa State's premium boards for awhile now this was happening and AJ was staying at UNI.

Gotta assume AJ follows. And ISU gets one of the best guards in the country (assuming recovery from injury of course)

He is staying from what I have heard.
 
AJ is........difficult. Not surprised Coach Green is leaving him behind.
 
UNI men’s basketball program is not in good shape as I said during the MVC tournament. Was a real toxic environment all year, you saw Jake try to interview for the Minnesota job, Green leaving, Carter transferring out and likely more to come.

AJ reaffirmed his commitment to the program, Carter just took his name out of the transfer portal. Everybody is coming back except Evan Gauger and hopefully everyone will finally be healthy. Coach Green will be missed, but 2021-22 should be an outstanding year for the Panthers.

Don’t know about all of that but they haven’t done anything in years besides piss away huge leads in big games.

And yet UNI has more trips to the Sweet 16 than Iowa in recent history.....

Steve Alford literally said the same thing to New Mexico only days before bolting to UCLA. People say things all the time that are dishonest. Granted Alford is also a lying POS but just saying...only time will tell if AJ pulls an Alford.
