I think we're clearly talking about mental health issues. I've never been to, as some would say "CryClown Fanatic," and to be perfectly honest, I have no interest in ever doing so. But if performances on "CryClown Fanatic" are remotely similar to what we see from many Iowa State fans on here, then what you're describing doesn't surprise me in the least.
You're right, there are a lot of mentally ill people out there decked out in cardinal and gold. I mean...lol...what else would you expect? You have to be a little loony to still associate your fandom with Iowa State football and, lol, we already know Cyclone fans view Iowa State basketball as the Duke of the heartland. So, lol, case in point, being stupid, illogical, fornicating with livestock, and trolling Twitter accounts of 17/18 year old kids are to be expected.
Sad? Yep. Pathetic? Absolutely. But surprising? Nah. And, lets be real: Kids aren't stupid. They know there are plenty of "adults" out there who pervert and prevaricate on Twitter. I mean, after all, this country, lol, just elected Donald Trump POTUS. Yep, take a moment to let that one sink in. Regardless, the point is these kids know there are plenty of "adults" out there on Twitter with extreme mental health issues.
In short, I highly doubt Cryclown Twitter trolls are going to change the minds or the relationships these commits have established with the players and the coaches whom they've committed to.
How did you find out who CyTwins is? How do you know he's tweeting at recruits? Honest question and nothing would surprise me.
Agree. Over the line. I have no idea why anyone would ever think of doing that let alone actually doing it but in my time on twitter, I'm surprised by nothing. Tweeting to HS kids anything but support is stupid. Even that is creepy.
Exposing somebody's identity and where they reside seems a little unnecessary, JMO
For starters not CyTwins. Dear God he apparently posts all the time. I have a job. What I know is some of the Cyclone Gridiron Club who are golfing buddies hate him as he is embarrassing to the Clones. We laugh about posters sometimes over beers but I don't know many from any site but they keep talking about this Brandon I mean CyTwins. And they want him outed to hopefully shut him up. Funny is he says he is from Ankeny but he isn't. On tweets all I know is a rumor he tweeted both Eno and Chevin. I heard that from Clone people. If somebody wants to find out about him go to CF and watch his vitriol about all things Iowa.

The typical reasonable Iowa St fan doesn't follow the CF fan forums. The content on those boards is littered with crap with only a few decent posts mixed in.
Let's remember, every fan base has crazy people. CF is a younger fan base that feels they can write anything (fact or fiction) to get a reaction. Then you have idiots responding to it trying to set them straight.

Why would you start a thread on a Hawkeye board in order to give a Cyclone troll more notoriety?
To post on CF (I don't know why), you have to be a member as all of their boreds (misspell is intentional) are pay to view, correct?
Funny, coming from the guy who thinks it's ok to come over here, and constantly stir the pot anonymously.
What if we locked CyTwins/Herkyfan in a room together during the CyHawk game in September and streamed it online?
This is why I can see why KF bans Twitter for his players.
Fran allows it for some reason; I can only imagine the tweets both high school and college players must get. Anybody can send them a message; I just hope that if the message they receive is negative, they (1) ignore it and (2) block the sender.
