It's a game, is OSU and Day going to choke; why play such a loose defense and let them get guys wide open

Great td throw and catch by ND. Will OSU choke it, no blitzes the last 3 drives, soft zone, the prevent the win defense

Well OSU made the big plays on that last drive. QB with a 2nd down run for a 1st down, use up NDs timeouts, then the 3rd down monster throw to Smith and the final fg
Was a great contest I think but OSU should of put the peddle to the metal when up that much to bury them - I thought it was going to be a route but hats off to the AHOLES from ND … they made a game out of it but OSU was never in doubt

The play of the night was the 3rd and long over the top to Smith. 0.0000001% chance KF would ever do that in that situation.

Maybe. Probably. But it doesn’t hurt to have Jeremiah Smith to throw to against one on one coverage. That substantially reduces the risk.

To think they too wanted their coach fired.
Some still do. I hope Day leaves for another Blue Blood job, or maybe he'd like to pull a Harbaugh and head for the NFL while bidding a not so fond farewell to Bucknuts' "fans."

What a fantastic response to the Michigan loss. As has been said, it's not what happens to you that matters; it's what you do about it. It's easy to talk about getting up off the mat, but OSU did it. I hate OSU as much as most people do, but I also respect what they accomplished. Congrats for a great job of coaching and tremendous execution by a resolute bunch of athletes.

ND followed the Phil Parker rule of D ... let's not lose by 40, 20 is fine, then we can still blame the refs. At least you can see the Irish safties, they don't line up in the Quad Cities like Hawk's saftey's do at Kinnick. Quinn Schulte looked like he was going to return a punt his whole awful career.
