Chuy’s, the chain from Texas?I’m huge fan. And unfortunately Chuy’s the only reliable source of Hatch chili items in Tallahassee closed due to the early parts of the pandemic and locals choosing to eat local %*%*y Tex Mex like El Jalisco and Los Compadres instead of really great TexMex.
Hadn’t heard the promos for CM on the radio yet, but bought some hatch baked goods on our way through Sante Fe a couple of weeks ago.Best time of the summer....the grocery stores around here roast them out front. Link if you want to order a case: https://centralmarket.com/hatch/

By chance we ate one in Orlando years ago when we did WDW. Didn’t realize they were legit and not a tourist trap.Yep we had one. Not anymore. I loved several of their dishes. Now the closest is in Hogtown.
