"It's total chaos right now." 🤔

"It's total chaos right now," head coach Dabo Swinney said Wednesday at Clemson's signing day, per All Clemson. "Tampering galore. Kids are being manipulated. Grass is greener and all that stuff as opposed to putting the work in and graduating. There's no consequences. So now you've got agents and NIL, tampering, and you have no consequences. No consequences equals no conscience. There's no reason for pause, no barrier for young people, like, nothing. Education is like the last thing now."

Thankfully, not at Iowa.

We went to the vet yesterday, so talked a little Clemson vs. Iowa State.

Heard 20 players not playing for Clemson in bowl game?

Iowa State has a number hitting the portal again. Thankfully, the issues at Iowa appear manageable.

Loved watching RB Tyler Goodson at Iowa. Next Men In at RB for the Hawkeyes.

Tampering is a concern at Iowa too!

But, thankfully, the Hawkeyes appear pretty grounded, wired in, and handling matters in a prudent and methodical manner.

It’s official! Seventeen prospects inked their National Letters of Intent, officially joining the 2022 University of Iowa football class on Wednesday, Dec. 15.

Iowa’s 17 signees span 10 states, including four prospects from the state of Iowa. The class includes three defensive linemen, four defensive backs, two linebackers, one quarterback, two running backs, two offensive lineman, one wide receiver, and two tight ends.

In addition to 17 signees, nine walk-ons join the 2022 class.
