I was a big Veronica Mars fan, witty dialog, so I was looking forward to this. One episode in, shows promise. Kind of a Veronica Mars / Buffy mash up.

And MN...Veronica Mars had some Buffy influence...several actors and even Joss made an appearance...

Absolutely. But I'd say this is more than influence so far for iZombie. In fact I'd say it's more Buffy than Veronica, but that's just my thoughts so far. Regardless, it was fun and hoping it continues.

Absolutely. But I'd say this is more than influence so far for iZombie. In fact I'd say it's more Buffy than Veronica, but that's just my thoughts so far. Regardless, it was fun and hoping it continues.

I'm glad to see people admit they watched Buffy on here. I did too, and it was awesome. I was more of an Angel fan though, just because I preferred its more grown up tone. Plus it was much darker. Joss has no problems taking out fan favorites.
