Here is Day 1's Drills:

Day 1, keeping it simple. Two balls, same time.
-Two ball alternate
-Two ball side to side
-Two ball yo-yo

Do each move 30 seconds to 1 minute, repeat as many times as you want.

Day 2:

Rain or shine it shouldn’t matter! A little more difficult today!

-One dribble Cross-overs left ball behind
-One dribble Cross-overs left ball in front
-Cross-overs continuous
-In and out same time
-In and out alternate
30 seconds to 1 minute each, repeat repeat and repeat!!

Day 3:
This one is more difficult!

•Two ball alternate behind legs •One ball in front of legs •One ball in front of legs double move behind the back

30 seconds to 1 minute each !!

Day 4 with a special guest appearance from referee Bailey!

-One dribble between the legs behind the back
-One dribble high, one low
-Circle dribbles

30 secs to 1 minute each!!

Day 5:
Rain doesn’t stop the work!!!

-yo yo alternate low and quick
-blender in and out
-One ball bounce one hand (very difficult on the brain!!)

30 second to 1 minute each drill!!
