Jeb Bush forgot to pay for his web domain name

Someone is going to come into this thread and mention something about Pepsi. I think this would be a Pepsi of a Pepsi.
Did he 'forget to pay', or did he never actually own it (a web squatter did) and Trump made the guy an offer he couldn't refuse?
Either way, it makes Jeb look like a fool. Maybe even more foolish if he never bothered to own his domain name in the first place.
