Other than the possibility he may have murdered one of his many wives. And of course, one of those wives was his underage cousin.
Why would that shock you? Surely you don't think that his typical audience member has any morals.
The prostitutes were women. Get it right... a live boy or a dead girl are what it takes to bring down people in our society.
