That's about the least obnoxious I've ever heard Jim Rome.
Just a snip of it I'm sure there was some but he's definitely mellowed the small amount I listen to him.
That's cool and all but eff Rome. Just saying...

He’s awfully lucky he didn’t get absolutely destroyed during that interview. He was a complete ass performing that interview.
Meh, Rome doesn't get nearly the national pub he once did, and probably for the best.....Still he's on so, any pub is good pub ....
If you watch the video, you can see the moment when Jim shit himself. It was glorious.

A guy I used to work with insisted on listening to Jim Rome. I just don’t get the appeal of him. Who told him that 4-5 seconds of total silence works well on radio? If you like dead air and repetition, Jim Rome is your guy.
Rome did not choose well. There was a point in his career where he had the choice between TV and radio and chose to stay on radio. I very rarely run across his program although I am sure he has his followers.
Yeah he probably could have made more money had he chosen a different path, but I doubt he is worrying about whether he has enough for retirement. In his prime/heyday, it was rather entertaining radio. With proliferation of podcasts to suit fans' needs, his schtick became less appealing.
