He was so good. Hard to believe he never placed higher than bronze at the world level. Satiev had a lot to do with that, but man Joe was so so good.

I believe selling insurance and coaching youths out of Iowa City High. He puts on a fun tournament for the kids. He has spotlight grand march, 15 sec rest/coaching between periods, and hands out trophy, bracket, and flowers to champs. Also includes a 45-60m coaching session before the start. Something different for the kids!
