I have no idea what happened before the video started but that driver needs to work on his conflict resolution skills. The erratic driving endangered other motorists.
If the truck driver was successful in shaking him off the hood of his truck and ran over him, he would've been charged with murder. Not smart on either part.
Hard to explain away shaking the wheel, and the speeding up and braking aggressively to throw the guy off the hood. I will go ahead and assume that the driver will be fired.
Yeah, hopefully hood rider gets a quality mental evaluation and the truck driver gets fired.
