Nebraska plays Iowa for a 2:30 kickoff on Black Friday. Nebraska has nothing to lose and Iowa has A LOT to lose. Nebraska LOVES to run the shotgun underneath throws that Purdue hurt Iowa with today. Hopefully Iowa does not come out stale like we have seen so many times with Kirk on post-snowstorm games. CJB looked pretty darn healthy vs Purdue til the 3rd quarter sacks so that sucks. I fully expect Riley and Armstrong to go out the to play like they have nothing to lose, you can't forget Westercamp their great wide receiver too. Iowa won the west and you'd think that alone means a lot, but the defense has taken twenty steps back the last few weeks....
I'm afraid they come up short here, folks - 34-31 Nebraska.
I know I've been very critical of Kirk Ferentz through the years...but I really do like him. And the Hawkeyes. And 11-0...and stuff.

Absolutely! There's no way we can possibly win the B1G championship game! Boyz, we gotta face reality.
Get your ass back in that time machine and go to the Black Friday game and give us the final score. I'd like to place a bet! While you're at it, go to the championship game too. Don't worry, we'll be here waiting for your return.
