If you're ever in a Stonewood Grill, order the clam chowder. When I worked there, I received more compliments on that than the steaks or seafood.

Union is pretty good. West coast does a white chowder better than most NE places though. Get outside of Boston and the Chowder not only isn't good, it's hardly edible.
