Gee, no shit. And yet, you and your ilk will still rationalize all the dumb shit Trump does or tries to do within the realm of normal.

 
Mump has made it abundantly clear that the judiciary is, in their eyes, subservient to POTUS. After Boasberg’s ruling halting the deportation flights, they have refused to answer questions from the judge, offered absolutely no rationale for that refusal beyond just not wanting to, and “border czar”, Tom Holman said, “We’re not stopping, I don’t care what the judges think — I don’t care what the left thinks. We’re coming.”
 
A district court judge could have an incredibly high number of cases overturned on appeal and their would still be zero ramifications.

That’s what perplexes me about Trump supporters who have a basic understanding of how government works. What else would you call people who insist they can do whatever the hell they want with impunity other than autocrats? And yet, Trump supporters will still stand there and lie to your face that nothing Team Trump is doing circumvents or undermines our democratic system.

Either they think the rest of us are stupid or they genuinely don’t care the executive branch is being run like a dictatorship.

Well, they knew everything we knew about Trump and they voted for him anyway. They either just aren't very smart or they are incredibly greedy. My mind is boggled by the entire Republican congressional body...the f'n party of Reagan...bending over for him. Not a single person of conscience or morals or character in the entire mix. Not. One.
 
What ramifications should there be for Trump and the high number idiotic EO's by him being overturned?
If it happens to anyone but team Trump: impeachment, lawsuits or criminal proceedings should be mandatory

If it happens to team Trump: it’s unconstitutional activism that should be illegal.

It doesn’t matter the topic or the branch of government. This is always the playbook.

What about good ole' Chuck Grassley? He doesn't bend over for the Trumpster. Oops, I forgot, ole' Chuck can't bend over anyway!

Trump can't do anything to a federal judge--by design. Impeachment of a federal judge has the same requirements as that of a president, making it nearly impossible.

Unfortunately, the Judiciary can't do anything to Trump either. Now he is going to try what Andrew Jackson did when he simply ignored a SCOTUS and continued with his Trail of Tears.

Well, he thinks he appointed many of those judges and he expects them to return the political favor.
And, he thinks if he appeals enough, he'll find one who agrees with him, and that's all he needs.
His comments to Roberts before his address to Congress show that's exactly how he expects it to work.

Assaulting judges and the legitimacy of the courts has been Trump’s MO ever since Roy Cohn groomed him.
