Why does he not play more? He has talent that the other wide receivers don't have. It seems like almost everytime he touches the ball something good happens. Then he doesn't get targeted for rest of game. I am half kidding here, but still half kidding because this is Iowa. If Bell came to Iowa he would not start because of something like route running, blocking, etc. They would trust Nico and Tracy more.
