Why are people even talking about this because it is not going to happen. Hopefully Kris comes back and then we will have our roster

doesn't really seem like he would be a good fit. We usually avoid the kids that want something more than wanting to play at Iowa

Situation sounds like something we usually avoid. As Hoops said his game doesn’t fit what GMs are looking for so highly doubt he’s on an NBA roster or even 2 way contract next year. G League or college probably, and if college his family looking to cash in.

Brooks’ dad is a highly involved “Little League parent”, who never expected his son to still be in college at this point. Coach Cal/UK was going to be his ticket to the NBA after 1 or 2 years. Has been a role player for the most part there. To the kid’s credit, it seems he accepted that role well. Kris Murray’s upside is infinitely higher than Brooks.

We are taking a swing at him….it’s a soap opera and it’s not over yet.
Just when you thought you were out, they pull you back in. Reality sets in for Brooks that he will be in college for another year.
