It'll be interesting to see what Coleman does, both with the draft factoring in as well as the coaching change. Iowa has not an athletic outfielder of his caliber in a long time.

My guess is Coleman is gone...Iowa has lost some good recruits due to the draft in recent years.

I would not advise a high school graduate who was drafted in the 11th round to go pro yet. Go to college, get three years in, and try again.

Derrick Loveless went pro out of HS being drafted in the 27th round much to my surprise. Although Zach Kenyon was drafted by the Royals in the 9th round out of high school and came to Iowa. Just not sure I see a Texas kid having the same commitment to Iowa. I hope I am wrong.

Unfortunately it did not work out too well for Kenyon either. Coleman is gone.
