I assume you mean the iowa football players. If so, one option is many can go into the portal, nothing and I mean nothing to stop them.

But the offense has Sullivan back as a qb, 3 Olinemen, a couple of pretty good Tight ends, and some avg receivers.

The defense has 2 starters back on the Dline and 2 players who had a lot of snaps this year. Linebackers will be all new starters and a few new starters in the secondary. Very good punter and kicker return

I was mainly wondering what OL returned because I was impressed with the pff grades and knew some of the OL were returning. I was also wondering about anyone who could’ve gone pro or just graduated but used an extra year

Logan Jones is coming back and Beau Stephans and Gennings Dunker are the other two. That is 3 starters returning. Myslinky is back and has started and I think they mention Tyler Lauck as the starter in line for the left tackle position.

This past season there were many fewer runs for loss than the last few years. I think the running game can continue to be very good next season. Pass blocking needs to improve by maybe a 1/2 to 1 second on average.

You are correct, and word out of practice is Lauck has looked very very good. OL should be pretty good. Good QB, all WR's return, and TE's seem fine. RB's looked great in the bowl game, so hopefully that carries over.
Defense worries me at the CB position most, then LB.

They used a lot of 12 formation on running plays this past season, which no doubt helped with the blocking.

Pro Football Focus had Dunker as the 4th highest rated tackle at the end of the season.
