Crazy how far down they have fallen. The stores are the dirtiest I have ever seen and the employees look like something out of a circus side show. When I was a kid in the 70's it seemed a lot better quality and much cleaner stores.

Exit 201 on I-65 in Indiana has the best KFC I've been to in a decade. It has the only one, but, it's still the best. Though, that 20 piece bucket deal has me thinking about a drive over to the Southwest side of IC.

It seems like they rolled the Darell Hammond Colonel Sanders to absorb the outrage, and then they roll out the Norm version so he is more accepted and not as terrible.

I'm just still baffled that the Hardee's Star is also the Colonel.

The thing I'll give KFC is that they're overall more consistent (as long as it's still warm.)

The Popeyes I frequented in Louisiana was very, very good and blew KFC out of the water. The one near me in San Diego was disgusting, it clearly was not the same recipes. The one close to me in Chicago was just ok.

I gotta admit, ever since the Popeye's opened in CR, I stopped going to Pizza Ranch and KFC for my chicken fixes. I still prefer Pizza Ranch (true broasted chicken I grew up having)...but have had it for a decade and need the change.

Every other payday, it's a trip across town...love me some fried chicken.

Oh great, now I'm hungry...
