That is very possible. Also maybe having a Walmart sponsorship bankrolling your NIL program helps quite a bit too. Both are selling points.Maybe Arkansas is a little closer to home? Woodlands , Texas.

Definitely should not have come to that. It’s not simply semantics. If there was no wind it wouldn’t affect a kick. Still a long attempt for sure. Perhaps the bigger point is that it shouldn’t have come down to that.
or He likes 300 lb red headed acne covered wildebeests who are all related and eat biscuits n gravy 6 times a Day for Dates ?Bro, Arkansas? He must've been paid big time.

This aged well , Did You ever consider when a name is dropped so specifically then it might have been with some specific knowledge of interest?Indiana will nab him with their recent success
??? Our kicker is a junior with just one year left unless he redshirts from an injury...Our punter is a freshman......Our kicker is freshmen , I think competion scared him away.
Iowa is taking a scholarship kicker this year, I was texted this Kids name although misspelled a week ago??? Our kicker is a junior with just one year left unless he redshirts from an injury...Our punter is a freshman......
Yep, saw that 5 star visiting so I assume thats the guy. I would guess with the new 105 limit that means Woody, (back up kicker walk on ) or at least one of the other punters will get their walking papers in a couple of weeks. I don't see us being able to keep 5 kicker/punters on the roster, all on scholarship, which they will have to be after this season...Iowa is taking a scholarship kicker this year, I was texted this Kids name although misspelled a week ago
5 on scholarship? The 105 scholarships isn’t a requirement, just 105 total roster.Yep, saw that 5 star visiting so I assume thats the guy. ???? Thats NOT the point. Once you have only 105 total positions there will need to be major cuts made. Kirk was asked about this in his Tuesday presser, and he said its going to be a big issue for schools like Iowa and Wisconsin who have had great success with their walk on programs. We currently have 85 scholarships but probably have another 35 to 45 players as walk ons. That 120 to 125 players will need to be culled to 105 in a few months. Some of those walk ons actually have key roles on the team. There are even some walk onns in the two deeps. Special teams, (supposedly Wetjen is a walk on) and there are other guys who play who are walk ons. The staff will have to decide for example how many kicker/punters and snappers they can keep. For a long time even the long snappers have been a seperate job, manned by a non offensive lineman. We actually have two long snappers in the NFL that were never OL players at Iowa. Will we keep 5 QB's on the roster? All positions will be looked at for "cutting the fat" if you will.5 on scholarship? The 105 scholarships isn’t a requirement, just 105 total roster.
I think Lester is comfortable with the QB room and Ido not see them running off Lil Fitz , I think a QB would have to enter the Portal before they would go after 1 in the portal . Lil Fitz HS tape is really good in the same type of offense.???? Thats NOT the point. Once you have only 105 total positions there will need to be major cuts made. We have several PWO's scheduled for next season. Will we still bring them in? Here's an interseting one to consider. Fitz's son Ryan is a pretty solid recruit at QB and has accepted a PWO role on next years team. Many here thought he's a steal as a PWO. So if we are going to hit the portal for a QB, and we have J Sullivan coming in as a recruit, do we cut ties with Ryan Fitz now that will have Sullivan, Stratton, Marco, Jimmie Sullivan, and lets say player X from the portal? Just lots for the staff to think of after Fridays game.
