Kidney stones

I tweaked my back but it is getting better. However, now I have a burning feeling in my upper right hip (on the back) that radiates in waves. Now I have a similar feeling in my groin on the same side.

Never had kidney stones as far as I can tell - is this just a back or nerve issue or is this what kidney stones feel like?

Mine, the pain was never in waves. It started as a dull ache that proceeded to progressively get worse. Fun times.

I had one a year ago and after a few days I loved it when the pain level was only a 5.

Drink like a mother effer and push the bitch thru. I suggest your favorite beer and add a vicodin or percocet. Keep the beer flowing. If it's moving chances are it passes on its own if it's not moving after drinking like crazy head to the ER/Dr and let them take the ole basket up the wee wee and pull the bastard out.
