Sure, the one on the right looks fairly cute and eager to please. But, the one on the left has to be well over 50. Judging from the comments about the readiness of their air force I don't think the US has much to fear over this development. I can only imagine that the latest Kim recreated a scene from the movie 1941 with the younger one.
