anyone on here have business dealings with them? How do they compare to Ricoh?

Konica and Minolta were two separate companies until
they merged in 2003. I was never impressed with their
copiers in the 1990's. They had a poor product and service.
In 2015 Xerox was rated the best color copier, with Sharp #2
and Canon #3. Ricoh was rated #4 and Konica-Minolta #5

I deal with them pretty much on a daily basis. The company I work for finances a lot of their sales. I like them a lot better than most others I deal with. The people that work for them seem a lot happier then say people who work for Toshiba or who I also deal with daily.

I don't deal with Ricoh as often, but I have a high opinion of both Ricoh and Konica.
