Eh, he only has so much time to visit States, and he is campaigning. California is going to burn no matter what. Interestingly, one of the reasons it is having problems fighting the fires this year is the lack of prison inmates who they usually pay and who jump at the chance to not be inside the prison walls. Due to Covid, they emptied the prisons of the non-violent people and soon to be released inmates.
