You know, with all the insane stuff that happened in that game, I don’t believe anyone has mentioned Michigan’s half court shot at the buzzer. That sucker almost went in.

I suppose that was finally the breaking point that so many fans keep talking about, how a hot shooting team can't keep that up against Iowa's defense..............just took a desperation half court 3 to finally break the ice.
Hate to think about it after that great win.
But that thing was just a bit long and off the back iron. Just the slightest bit more air under that final heave and we're all still sniffling over getting beat after the huuuuge comeback to tie it with a couple ticks left.
Don't know if it was the bball gods or what, but thank goodness the final regulation shooter put just a bit too much sauce on his heave.
