The Iowa Quad Cities definitely punching above their weight class in the number of violations. This seems true every time these are published. Anyone know why? Is the Scott County inspection team really good or really a bunch of assholes (which frankly aren't necessarily mutually exclusive)? Or is it this area just leads the state in restaurants that dgaf?
