She was only off by 16 points we should cut her some slack lolThat's MAGA
Careful. They’ll sue you next.Dumb lawsuit.
The whole premise is dumb. Even if it was a "fake news" poll, how the F does it move the needle on how people vote? It doesn't. Dumb.
Bitch move.
Only person "hurt" is the pollster Selzer and her reputation.
If she sued herself it would be more credibleAs others have posted, what in earth was the harm done by this poll?
I think it was bins above that pointed out that no one took a bigger hit than Selzer when the poll turned out to be a giant miss.
Remember when the left was for the working class and the under represented? Now they are the party of rich leftists and major corporations and anti American subversives like Soros, turning their backs on everything you once stood for.Remember when conservatives were against frivolous lawsuits? That ended four years ago. Being in a cult means turning your back on everything you used to stand for.
People who think she for some reason did it on purpose are being nonsensical.I think it's pretty clear from her subsequent actions that she didn't do it on purpose. Maybe the poll was flawed. Maybe people lied in the poll. Who knows?
But there were no damages - I think that is a factual statement.
So, the lesson is don't do anything that might make the King mad.
Lying in media is a bad thing to do.Snowflake pussies
Seriously?People who think she for some reason did it on purpose are being nonsensical.
This is the only reason I think they are doing this. A poll is basically an opinion, you shouldn't get in trouble for having a wrong opinion.Never go to trial. Maybe some interesting information gets disclosed in discovery or depositions?
Yes. Seriously.Seriously?
Yes. There's no gain for a pollster to be that far off. None.Seriously?
Dumb lawsuit.

One poll on its own isn’t going to convince anyone that an election is close or not.I don't think the premise is dumb. People thinking a given election is close or not close absolutely drives turnout. If Iowa had been breaking substantially Blue, it would stand to reason that Harris was about to win in a landslide and the election day turnout would undeniably be suppressed. And, of course, election day turnout is fully agreed to lean hard RED.
I think the lawsuit will be very interesting.
At the margins, all you need to do is convince a few hundred people in a swing state to not show up.One poll on its own isn’t going to convince anyone that an election is close or not.
Name one swing state where less than a thousand people swing the outcome. At the margins, all you need to do is convince a few hundred people in a swing state to not show up.
I don't think the lawsuit is frivolous at all. Kind of interested to see it play out.
In 2000, the Florida margin was 537 votes...and the outcome of the entire election hinged on that state.Name one swing state where less than a thousand people swing the outcome.
So none from the last election…particularly the Iowa poll that Selzer is getting sued over. Thanks. In 2000, the Florida margin was 537 votes...and the outcome of the entire election hinged on that state.
Because if everyone is committing “election interference,” all of Trump’s 2020/21 post-election bullshit becomes no big deal. And then they feel better about supporting such a piece of shit. Why are the conservatives here celebrating this?
The left sent a man to prison for a meme
I guess the fact that they perhaps tried to interfere with the election, but Trump won by enough to overcome the interference is something the courts can decide and speak to.So none from the last election…particularly the Iowa poll that Selzer is getting sued over. Thanks.
Bad poll results isn’t lying.Lying in media is a bad thing to do.
