In the past 5 seasons, the senior leadership in 2015 was outstanding. Leadership is so important at Iowa, Michigan and most Big Ten programs.
Senior leadership is often vital.
QB Nate Stanley was fantastic at the Holiday Bowl. Not perfect, but he wanted 10 wins and his teammates all bought into it.
Iowa will be a younger team in 2020, especially at skill positions. However, there will be some noticeable names that will be seniors in 2020 for Iowa.
None at QB and it is yet to be determined at RB, with Mekhi Sargent and Toren Young, who lost their #1 spot to sophomore Tyler Goodson
WR will have three seniors
OL will have some seniors
DL who will be looked to step up
Both Colton Dinsdale or Nick Anderson are listed as juniors on the 2019 roster, so they will be seniors in 2020. (Updated)
In the secondary:
Of course, we may see some transfers in for Iowa for 2020?
How will they adapt to the Iowa culture and become leaders?
PT Michael Sleep-Dalton contributed in 2019. Who will be next?
Could be a smaller senior leadership in 2020?
How will that impact Iowa?
Of course, many programs have small senior classes and make an impact in College Football.
