Uhl has scored 144, so far.
Baer, 99.
Ellingson, 73.
Wagner, 44.
For kicks, Williams has 7, but may see more time down the stretch.

Does the dynamic change at all over the second half of the B1G? I see Uhl still being the Big Chief, but the others may shuffle a bit.

I think that distribution will be pretty much the same the rest of the way, with maybe Williams and Wagner getting a little higher share due to increased time. I do think the percentage of bench scoring to the total will increase as we play a little easier competition. Before conference, Ellingson, Wagner and Williams barely played and the competition has made each of them spot players. I think that will change somewhat.

Uhl or Baer, easily.

Give me Uhl. I think Baer fades a bit as the season progresses and we will depend on Uhl quite a bit more.

Just my hunch.

I'm surprised Ellingson has that many points...did have a some big games early that I missed?

I could swear he's made about 5 shots since the big ten season started.

He dropped 20 on coppin state.. He scored more against buy games

Ellingson's numbers should increase. He plays with Baer and Uhl who both are good 3 point shooters who command attention, thus giving him more open shots. After his last game, hopefully his confidence is sky high, and he knocks down 40+% of his 3's. It is great having multiple back ups who can hit the 3. It keeps the offense going.

For some reason I read the title as "Leading Bench Scorer OUT for the......"

This. Opposing coaches have noted this too [Painter], that our bench is really what makes us so good. Everyone at the top level has a great group of core starters...but what separates us and makes us elite is that when our core group sits there is little/no drop-off in scoring.

I was amazed when Ellingson, Baer and Uhl hit consecutive threes tom extend the lead to 15 against Purdue. It is not often you see three reserves in a row score threes.

I'll take Ellingson and Uhl as the leaders off the bench. Ellingson if he can get his feet set, is a shooter. he showed that sunday vs Purdue.
