We have the best intensions when we put the leftover pizza in the fridge. Unfortunately, what generally happens is that it sits in there for a couple of days and gets thrown in the trash.

But if it is rescued, it's me eating it in the morning microwaved.

Waved in the evening. However, only waved long enough to warm the edges so the middle is still cold because I'm impatient.

Reheat it slowly on low heat/power. You over-zap it, you ruin it.

I can eat cold pizza, just prefer not to.

Microwave ruins it.

The correct way is to order it at like 5 or 6... eat half of it then go out to the bars and leave it sit out all night and eat the rest drunk as is when you get home.

mine are typically hand made with the finest boxes of jiffy crust, kraft mozza and parm, and hormel peps.
