Lembeck Plea Bargain

$1,300 and a weekend. Lembeck dodged a bullet. Anyone know if Gross and Ryan had an opportunity to plea bargain? Looking at it purely as an outsider, their odds of winning in court seem long. But Lembeck getting a slap on the wrist would seem to bode well for all.
Considering it was his car in which the contents were found and he was driving drunk, I think the others will get off without much.
Just my opinon, but I think this will be the worst punishment between the three.
This goes back to the orginial thread where numerous (I assume) adults were completely bashing these young men for a drunken mistake. I guarantee if they were going around stealing 1000s of dollars worth of stuff Ross Lembeck would not be allowed to take this sort of plea.
The American Media is very good at misleading people from the truth and 49% of Americans soak up every word. Just like in Ferguson case maybe those of you who were casting stones at these young men should wait for the facts of the case instead of wanting to believe the worst case scenario.
Maybe they will send Ryan and Gross to prison or make them felons for their role, but I really doubt it.
They were very guilty and got let off due to being college age kids with no criminal history. This isn't a case of false accusations. Some of their punishment will depend on taking responsibility for their actions.
Do you have first hand knowledge of this not being a case of false accusations? I don't that's why I don't rush to judgement.
That was my point, but you want to play judge an assume they are guilty of everything on KCRG and just got off easy.

They may still plead guilty. The typical course is plead not guilty, let people gather facts, work with prosecutors, etc etc etc, plead guilty at a later date to a lesser charge
One of the three musketeers just pled guilty. I'd hate to think he did so due to false accusations…
You should just let this one go. They were guilty and took advantage of knowing people were out of town. Not a proud moment but nothing they can't learn and grow from.

again you are assuming everything without knowing what really happened. I never said they weren't guilty. My point was the media typically makes situations like these seem worse then they actually are.
Dude, they were driving around drunk and robbing houses. At 19 years old if you are breaking into and stealing from others that makes you a scumbag loser
