Listening to it right now. A couple of comments about what he says about recruiting QB's. Number 1, I read a study a long time ago about really successful NFL QB's, Yeah they process information quickly, they have high IQ's and are smart. They come in all shapes and sizes, but that is one thing they have in common. Number 2 Lester loves him some Kirk Cousins. I remember when Kirk spoke at B10 media days and I was blown away. You could tell he is smart. Pretty good QB too.
