Met him at the first Fry Fest. He walked up and handed us his autograph on some promotional flyer for some sports drink(?) he was promoting, and walked away.
I know Jesus it's a movie. It was good.Man, tough crowd. I love the movie. (Love Field of Dreams, too)
If we want everything to be just like real life, what do we need movies for?

So, Hollywood being Hollywood. What is the big whup? This is fantastic and hilarious read!
I've never seen Rudy. Never seen Hoosiers, either. Maybe it has to do with Indiana sports movies. Never saw Breaking Away, either, another Indiana sports movie.
But did he have a mask on?I saw him give some kind of motivational speech and it was difficult to listen to somebody that was severely overweight and wearing a hawaiian shirt motivate anybody
You've been whining about how christians are portrayed in films. Not in this movie. It's a no win for you, you'll find something to complain about. The movie is really dumb.
JFC what is it with you and religion? You've been whining about how christians are portrayed in films. Not in this movie. It's a no win for you, you'll find something to complain about.
I mean, he's a Notre Dame grad. Isn't that self-evident?I’ve heard that he’s one of the biggest assholes you’ll ever meet in real life.
Let me introduce you to my friend, the comma.I know Jesus it's a movie. It was good.

The memories of my family outings are still a source of strength to me.I can't remember the interview, but whoever it was that was at ND said the movie was the biggest folly ever
I dont know who you are speaking of for sure, but Mike Golic held this opinion on Mike and Mike all the time.I can't remember the interview, but whoever it was that was at ND said the movie was the biggest folly ever

I'd say that story can be true of just about any college football team. I didn't like it as I'm not a Notre Dame fan and it felt like a commercial for the school. That and it was too cheesy.I get that the story is greatly exaggerated. And things were added that didn’t occur. However, he was still a kid from a working class family with little to no history of college who worked his ass off, as a dyslexic, to get into Notre Dame. And who walked onto the football team and earned enough respect on the scout team to dress and get into a game. People sneering about fine details forget why the film was made in the first place.
