George Lewis
(2000-2005): Talked about his dreadlocks.
Fabian Dodd (2001-2002): Agreed w/Young about not coming back. (Academic casualty, wound up at Iowa State via Iowa Central.
Jermire Roberts (2002-2003): Talked about Doyle not liking his hair. Says he got blackballed out of position. Thought he was better player than starter.
James Townsend (2003-2004): Mostly has liked a lot of things. Some guys pointed to him and his lack of treatment saying he was an amazing athlete that was blackballed. He transferred to Rutgers to finish career.
Albert Young (2003-2007): Talked about how there is a reason some guys don't come back to visit.
Rafael Eubanks (2005-2009): Very supportive, seems very political into the Black Lives Matter movement. Has questioned multiple people about wrongdoings.
Derrell Johnson Koulianos (2006-2010). His story well known. 1st one to really come after Kirk. Feels betrayed and was blackballed from going to NFL. Also accuses Doyle but says Kirk knew everything going on. Finished career but has been wiped from history as he ended on bad terms, not invited back.

2007 CITY Boyz kicked off team......

(2007-2008): Came out with a statement on Twitter, VERY vocal. Talked with ESPN, has been on radio. Most accusations toward Doyle. Doyle said he'd send him back to ghetto. Kirk suspended him. Ended up transferring to Toledo to finish career.
Bruce Davis: 2007-2010. Quit team prior to Senior year. Lebron Daniel says because he couldn't take it anymore.
Colin Sandeman (2007-2010). Been very vocal in supporting teammates that have brought up stories. Very anti-fan, bantering with them who call the players out.
Terrence Pryor (2009-2012): Talked about rehabbing with Doyle and Doyle says he shouldn't play football but rather row....but black guys don't like boats.
Anthony Ferguson (2010). Left team, points to a negative culture. Very vocal and educated in Black Lives Matter and other ventures.
Mike Daniels: (2007-2011). Agreed that culture was bias to an extent. Mostly blames culture of community (Iowa City). Has offered services to change however and is now leading the new committee.
LeBron Daniel (2007-2011). Graduated from Iowa but hated it mostly targeted hate toward Coach Kaz. Felt disrespected a lot. Has asked a lot of others to speak out, seems to like the platform, but has also tweeted a lot about being positive toward program change.

Rick Kaczenski leaves Dec 2011. Seems to have been hot topic with the above players' dissatisfaction with time at Iowa.

Ruben Lile (2011-2013). Called out the culture of Iowa City in general. Felt like a huge minority and felt lied to in recruiting process. Wanted black coaches to stay, upset that they left to be replaced by white coaches (Wilson>Parker, Soup>Greg Davis). Transferred out.
Laron Taylor (2012-2013): Said Coach Doyle asked him if he was gang banging in offseason. Transferred out.
Damien Bullock: (2011-2014): Sadly before his passing he was very vocal of his displeasure of his experience.
Jordan Lomax: (2011-2015): Leader in charge of change as well. Acknowledges many were not happy with experience and he cites much of it due to the background culture and the abrupt difference in Iowa culture.
Jordan Canzieri: (2011-2015): Recently supported Akrum Wadley and called out fans. Said he too felt like transferring all the way until his senior year.
Darian Cooper: (2011-2016): Very visible on Twitter...tweets daily. Talks about Doyle and an altercation about playing weight.
Maurice Fleming (2012-2015): One of Robert Green's clients. Long story about hair, talked out of transferring. Has PTSD because of his time. Had to transfer to get better experience at WVU
Tevaun Smith (2012-2015): Acknowledges stuff happened. Likes that change was talked about...supportive of change.
Anthony Gair (2012-2016): Had a good experience but did not appreciate entrepreneurial efforts being talked down upon by coaches.
Faith Ekakitie (2012-2016): Obviously had famous cop stop. Talks good upon Kirk but was one of the first to call out Strength and Conditioning program.
Jaleel Johnson (2012-2016): Loves Iowa, has came back to help. However said very much underlying issues with black athletes and thats why a lot left. Said he got kicked out of S&C because of untied shoed. He's very vocal on twitter.
Reggie Spearman (2013-2014) Part of Robert Green clients and yet to tell his story. Transferred out. Others say he was blackballed out of playing time (Josey Jewell).
Malik Rucker (2013-2014) Part of Robert Green clients. Has yet to tell his story. Transferred out.
Jonathon Parker (2013-2016). Part of Robert Green clients. Talked about nutrition and the forced to eat part. Had to transfer his senior year
Derrick Mitchell Jr (2013-2016). Sadly passed away in car accident but prior to was VERY angry with time at Iowa and had many things to say about Iowa. Would have probably been one of most vocal anti-Iowa guys. Transferred prior to Senior year.
Terrence Harris (2014-2016). Very mad about his time at Iowa. Said Kirk spit his direction. Called out by Washed up Walkons for being terrible. Transferred.
Eric Graham (2015-2016). Mostly liked a bunch of stuff. Basically blamed the state. Transferred.
Jerminic Smith (2015-2016). Felt blackballed and left...others say he should have played. Transferred.
Akrum Wadley (2013-2017). Part of Robert Green clients. At first said he loved his time at Iowa and didn't have much to say. Has aggressively changed thoughts and is attacking Iowa, Brian/Kirk saying Iowa was nightmare and would never send anyone there. Chris White conversation. Really hammering Brian Ferentz. Said his mask was racial and Brian commented on his robbing store.
LeShun Daniels (2013-2017): Mostly supportive of brother bringing up bad culture.
Marcel Joly (2014-2017): Part of Robert Green clients. Said he was told to cover tattoos, wore the wrong clothing. Had a nice car and said he was questioned about it. Very pro-Chris White. Graduated but left with eligibility.
Aaron Mends (2014-2017): Said there was a lot of underlying issues...mostly liked a lot of guys' stuff. He is pro-change. Transferred to play.
James Daniels (2015-2018): Started the charge saying that Iowa culture needs to change. Pro change, wanted to start conversation and give voice.
Emmanuel Rugamba (2016-2017). Has retweeted everything. Says Doyle said he would send him back to the streets....pulled his pants down and mocked a gangster. Very vocal on twitter about movement. Transferred out.
Cedric Boswell (2016-2017) Talked about his tattoos and Brian calling out Detroit. Doyle made him finish a cup from the waste basket. Transferred out.
Brandon Simon (2016-2018). Told story of how Brian said he hated him and that some players were told to go so hard to get him off the team. Transferred to Illinois State.
Amani Hooker (2016-2018): Says culture was like walking on egg shells. Forced to adapt to Iowa way.
Jayden McDonald (2018): Says Iowa was not what he thought, culture was bad.
DJ Johnson (2018-2019): Says iowa was very prejudice and 1st to call out Phil PArker and Seth Wallace.
Samson Evans (2018-2019): Says if change happened, many probably would have stayed.
Jeff Jenkins (2018-2019): Retweeted and liked a lot of guys calling out culture.
Jack Kallenberger (2018-2019) Called out Seth Wallace for calling him dumb.
Devonte Young (2016-2019). Acknowledges culture needs change....retweets all.
Toren Young (2016-2019). Had to walk on egg shells around facility. "White culture"
Geno Stone (2016-2019) Says lots of things happened, wants program change.
Matt Hankins (2016-2021) Says that he spit on practice field and has harassed, unlike white players.

Carl Davis....says stuff happened but very instrumental in change. Visited IC and helped cleanup.
Christian Kirksey...same thing, acknowledges changes needed to happen, supports change.
Desmond King...helped out, says things happened for others, seek change.

Obviously a LOT of dissatisfied players.....crazy how some things tie into each other though (City Boyz, Coach Kaz) Also, seems like a culture of guys getting together and had a lot of problems. Been bad since 2011.
