Number 2 is out already.
 
The US isn't represented very well.

Makes me think of a nice chianti and fava beans.
 
I learned a couple of things through this thread:

1. South American countries are really lax on punishing serial killers.

2. "Immurement" is an awesome way to execute bad guys!
