Hey guys, hoping someone here has experience with LiteForm. I need to install a grab bar in our basement bathroom and don't know how to anchor it. Obviously with a stick build I'd just find a stud and anchor the bar to that but there aren't "studs".

There will be plastic wire ties inside the forms themselves. Usually every 8 inches. You can screw directly in to them if that works out. If not you'll need to buy some tapcons and a masonary bit. The bit will need to be long enough to get through the forms and into the concrete 2-3 inches. I built my house out of ICFs so I've had plenty of practice.

Is the room drywalled? If so a magnet should find a screw head which should align with the plastic, but might not hold much...

Yeah it is. I think I'm just gonna go the tapcon route.
