Pretty much exactly how I do it, with the addition of a light flour dredge.- Let it thaw during the day.
- Soak it in a bowl of milk overnight. This process helps take the livery taste out and provides a bit of tenderizing.
- Fry it up in a skillet with butter and a sh!tload of sliced onions.
I like mustard with my liver but others like ketchup. FYI - you will belch up onion and liver for a solid 10-12 hours after eating.
