I'm relieved. Nebraska was no lnoger playing like a crap team, with a win tomorrow that should lock up a 6 seed. Win a few more maybe the 5 is in reach...

Nebraska just came off a win against the B1G’s top team at the time, which denied them an outright title and pushed them to the #2 seed in the tournament. They have a bunch of nice guards too. I think Iowa handles them either way, but it was not outrageous to worry.

Also (not trying to pee red kool aid on Nebbys win) but Minus Johny Davis didn’t help Wisconsin at all but what a big destructive win 🏆

But Wisconsin didn’t take out BM with a cheap shot flagrant two the led to their ejection. Not saying they are above that, they just didn’t do it.

Nebraska seemed to be a possible tougher matchup with verge and mcgowen brothers presenting problems with dribble penetration vs JBo.
Huskers and Hawks play the fastest in the league so they would be comfortable with our pace and if the u got hot...well we saw what happened when that happened in Lincoln a few years ago.
NW presents the slower paced opponent coming off a big win on this floor last nite so Hawks better come ready and make some shots.
If we play from ahead we should be ok.

Just remember that a cheap shot knocked Wisconsin's top player out for much of that game. It wasn't like they were at full strength.
